✅ Requirements (Strict – Will Be Tested)

• PERFECT English fluency (C2 level only)
• Internet speed: 50 Mbps upload/download minimum
• Typing speed: 50+ WPM
• Laptop/Desktop with a stable setup
• Uninterrupted power supply (inverter/back-up preferred)
• Prompt, professional replies to customers
• Ability to handle multiple chats/channels at once

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: NPR 12,000/month (fixed)
• Commission: 1.5% per sale generated
  • Our Top performers earn NPR 70,000–80,000+ extra per month

  • Base salary on the 3rd of every month
  • Commission payouts every 2 weeks

🕒 Work Schedule

• Shift Options (8 hours/day):
  • 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM NPT (Available)
  • 9:45 PM – 5:45 AM NPT
  • 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM NPT (Available)
• 6 days per week (extra pay for 7)
• Must be able to start training immediately
