Job description
✅ Requirements (Strict – Will Be Tested):
- PERFECT English fluency (C2 level only)
- Minimum 50 Mbps upload/download speed (will be tested)
- Typing speed: 50+ WPM (will be tested)
- Laptop/Desktop with stable setup
- Uninterrupted power supply (inverter/back-up preferred)
- Fast, prompt replies to customers at all times
- Ability to handle multiple chats/channels at once
💰 Compensation:
- Basic Pay: NPR 12,000/month (Fixed)
- Commission: 1.5% on every sale you help generate
→ (Top performers earn an extra NPR 40,000–80,000/month) - Performance Bonuses available
- Growth Opportunities within the team
- Payments
- Base payment (12k) made on the 3rd of every month
- Earnings (1.5% of total Sales) made every 2 weeks.
🕒 Work Schedule:
- Shift: 8 hours/day
→ 1:45 PM to 9:45 PM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change) (available currently)
→ 9:45 PM to 5:45 AM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change)
→ 5:45 AM to 1:45 PM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change) - Availability: 6 days per week (extra pay for working 7)
- Start Date: Must be able to begin training ASAP
