Black Snow Nepal is a full-service creative agency offering branding, design, digital marketing, media production, and web solutions. As we expand into our new Baluwatar office, we’re seeking a Jr. Creative Operations Coordinator, an adaptable and multi-skilled team member who can support our creative and operational workflows.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is a proactive generalist; someone who understands the basics of how creative agencies operate and is comfortable managing diverse tasks. You’ll help coordinate projects, prepare proposals, organize communication, and support the internal team.If you enjoy being the “go-to person” who keeps things running smoothly, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal workflow between design, content, media, and management teams
• Draft project proposals, quotations, and documentation
• Assist in project planning, task scheduling, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients when needed (updates, requirements, clarifications)
• Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Support the creative team with research, organizing assets, and basic task assistance
• Help maintain project tracking, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and take initiative when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of creative agency workflows (design, content, social media, marketing, etc.)
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)
• Good writing skills for proposal drafts and formal communication
• Ability to coordinate between teams and manage follow-ups
• Positive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Must be able to work in-house at our Baluwatar office

Bonus:

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
• Basic understanding of social media or content writing
• Experience in admin, project coordination, or client communication
