About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute our digital presence. If you're passionate about creating impact through digital campaigns, content, and data-driven strategies—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email.


• Run both paid and organic campaigns, focused on performance and ROI.

2. Social Media Strategy & Advertising

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.


• Manage daily content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.


• Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with budget control and performance analysis.

3. Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging text, image, video, and blog content.


• Maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms.


• Engage followers, manage DMs/comments, and work with user-generated content.

4. SEO & SEM

• Design and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility.


• Run SEM campaigns and ensure continuous website optimization for traffic and engagement.

5. Market Analysis & Strategy

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.


• Adapt strategies based on insights to keep digital efforts competitive and relevant.

6. Email Marketing

• Design and run email campaigns with smart segmentation and targeted content.


• Track campaign performance to boost engagement and retention.

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track campaign metrics.


• Report performance and offer actionable insights for improvement.

8. Customer Engagement

• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and brand-aligned manner.


• Foster a positive online community experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO/SEM.


• Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Facebook Ads Manager.


• Strong grasp of content marketing, email campaigns, and social media trends.


• Analytical mindset with solid communication and problem-solving skills.


• Creative, proactive, and audience-focused.


• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and web CMS is a plus.
