We’re looking for a full-time PHP Developer to join our on-site team in Kathmandu. You’ll be responsible for back-end and front-end development, working on scalable web applications, and building robust, maintainable codebases. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP (especially Laravel), database design, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.
• Implement and manage back-end systems using PHP (Laravel preferred).
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
• Utilize Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Work with composer packages and Laravel ecosystems like Livewire and Filament PHP.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and back-end web development.
• Proficient in PHP, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Laravel and other PHP frameworks.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid understanding of web performance, caching, and SEO principles.

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Comfortable with Tailwind CSS, Alpine JS, Livewire, and Filament PHP.
• Experience integrating Stripe and PayPal.
