Black Snow Nepal is a modern creative agency specialising in branding, design, digital marketing, media production, and web solutions. As we expand to our new Baluwatar office, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.

Position Overview

We are hiring for two engagement types:

1. In-House Graphic Designer (Priority)
   Work full-time from our Baluwatar office.
2. Freelance Designer (Project-Based)
   For selected tasks and overflow work.

Both roles require strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for branding, social media, ads, packaging, websites, and print materials
• Collaborate with the internal creative & marketing team
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions
• Prepare final design files for printing and digital deployment
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (must submit portfolio)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Figma is a plus)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly
• For an in-house role: must be able to work from the Baluwatar office
