We're looking for a highly fluent English speaker to manage chat interactions for a growing digital brand. This role is for someone who is fast, reliable, focused, and loves engaging in online conversations with customers.

✅ Requirements (Strict – Will Be Tested):

• PERFECT English fluency (C2 level only)
• Minimum 50 Mbps upload/download speed (will be tested)
• Typing speed: 50+ WPM (will be tested)
• Laptop/Desktop with stable setup
• Uninterrupted power supply (inverter/back-up preferred)
• Fast, prompt replies to customers at all times
• Ability to handle multiple chats/channels at once

💰 Compensation:

• Basic Pay: NPR 12,000/month (Fixed)
• Commission: 1.5% on every sale you help generate
  → (Top performers earn an extra NPR 40,000–80,000/month)
• Performance Bonuses available

  • Base payment (12k) made on the 3rd of every month
  • Earnings (1.5% of total Sales) made every 2 weeks.

🕒 Work Schedule:

• Shift: 8 hours/day
  → 1:45 PM to 9:45 PM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change) (available currently)
  → 9:45 PM to 5:45 AM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change)
  → 5:45 AM to 1:45 PM Nepal Time (subject to availability/change)
• Availability: 6 days per week (extra pay for working 7)
• Start Date: Must be able to begin training ASAP
