1. Why was my document verification rejected?
Your verification may be rejected if the submitted document does not meet our security, clarity, or authenticity standards. This is to protect both freelancers and clients on Freelanced Nepal.
2. What are the common reasons for rejection?
We may decline your verification request if:

- Expired document – The ID has passed its validity date.
- Incomplete document – Some parts (name, photo, date of birth, or ID number) are cut off or hidden.
- Edited or altered document – Any signs of tampering, Photoshop edits, or digital modifications.
- Mismatch with profile details – Name, photo, or date of birth do not match the information in your Freelanced Nepal profile.
- Wrong document type – Submitting an unsupported document (e.g., student card instead of national ID, passport, or driver’s license).
- Duplicate submission – Re-uploading the same rejected file without corrections.
- Multiple people in photo – Only the account holder’s ID should be shown.
